Live Demos/Optional Smart Guest Book Interfaces

View Demos: Choose a guestbook interface by clicking on the corresponding radio button (default interface displayed: 'Advanced 1'). The Free Smart Guest Book 2.0 (Free Flash 'n' ASP Guest-Book) includes only the basic interface named 'Free Smart Guest Book'. Please click the name of the Interfaces to know more about them.

Changing GuestBook Heading & Background Color: You can give the guest-book a new heading in the text box provided.

Dynamic Viewing of Changing Background Color (Internet Explorer Only) : Either click on a web safe color or, enter your own hexadecimal color and click update, to view the guestbook with the new background color.

If you can't view the background color changing dynamically then do the following, click on a web safe color (the hexadecimal code for it will appear in the below text box), or enter your own hexadecimal color. Now click the update button. The page will be reloaded to display the guest book with the new background color.

Download the Free Smart Guest Book 2.0 ZIP file

Choose the ZIP file depending on what database you would like to use for the guest book (includes one general interface without animation). After downloading, open the Readme.txt file from inside the WinZip and follow the instructions:

  1. MS Access (MSAccessSmartGuestBook.zip - 33KB)
  2. MS SQL Server (MSSQLServerSmartGuestBook.zip - 16KB)

Important: Your server should be able to run Active Server Pages (ASP) and a MS Access or MS SQL Server database. If not don't worry we have just released the PHP/MySQL version of the Smart Guest Book that is platform independent! Learn More...

Easy Upgrade: Once you have made sure that the Smart Guest Book works on your site you can purchase any of the Advanced or Animated Interfaces ($5-$9) or go for the Enhanced Guest Book ($49) with complete administration facilities and additional 'multiple record display' interfaces. No matter when you do this, the original database (guestbook table) can be used, thus maintaining all your previous guest records.
